A: As a buyer agent, we may represent a buyer in the purchase of homes listed by other firms. 

Q: What if the house which is for sale is not listed with a real estate firm and is being sold by the owner (FSBO)? 

A: As a buyer agent, we may represent a buyer in the purchase of a home being sold by its owner. 

Q: How much will it cost me to hire a buyer agent? 

A: The cost for the associated representation may be obtained in a multitude of ways; however, in many cases the buyer does not pay the buyer agent directly as this fee is acquired from other sources on the buyer’s behalf.
