As a Goldsboro native, Heather has watched our city grow by leaps and bounds since her childhood. She has always been passionate about serving her community and helping people. Heather has a desire to help others as she has worked in both the medical and teaching career fields before entering into the real estate profession. 

After building her personal expertise in the Real Estate Market, Heather knew it was time to expand beyond the limitations of one individual through a team of real estate agents. Thus, the creation of Your Brink Team. Heather now leads Your Brink Team in partnership with a team of agents who are able to offer greater accessibility, creativity, and oversight of the entire process of your real estate transaction. By combining their efforts, Your Brink Team provides Wayne County and the surrounding area with attentive, honest, and professional guidance in buying or selling real estate. 

Martie was raised in Goldsboro in a military family who loved the area so much they retired here. Her family is her pride and joy. Martie graduated from the University of Mt Olive so she has vast knowledge of the area as a whole. A full fledged people person who will go the extra mile to not only find/ sell your home but also educate you on all the additional pieces involved in the home buying / selling process. Her goal is not only to have smooth transactions but to build lasting relationships.

Blake was born and raised right here in Wayne County NC. He loves raising his family here in Eastern NC and enjoys the convenience it offers to the coast or mountains. He graduated from Mount Olive University with a Bachelor's degree in business and worked in the food distribution industry for nearly 20 years. Throughout that time it was the relationships with people that mattered most to him and one of the main reasons he started a career in real estate. Whether it's near downtown, a nice country setting or somewhere in between he would be excited and honored to help you find your next home.

Lisa was born and raised in Wayne County, North Carolina.  In fact, she still lives on the same family farm where she grew up working in the tobacco fields alongside her mom and grandparents. 

 Lisa has spent the last 35 years working as a legal assistant and office manager with Family Law Attorney, Nina Fields Jackson.  Over the span of her career, she has worked diligently to meet the needs of many who found themselves at a crossroads in their lives. Lisa is looking forward to bringing both her life experiences and her experience working in the legal profession to meeting your needs, whether you are buying, selling or investing in real estate. Lisa is very attentive to detail and always gives 110% in everything she does. Buying or selling a property is exciting but she also understands that the process can be overwhelming.

Cassidy is a proud North Carolina native who values community, connection, and helping others feel at home. Born and raised in North Carolina, she understands the charm, growth, and opportunities the area has to offer and is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Cassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, where she developed strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills that now serve her clients throughout the buying and selling process. Cassidy is also a small business owner, giving her a strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

As a wife and mother of young children, Cassidy understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home. She enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping families and individuals achieve their real estate goals.
